Troels Engholm

Founder/Co-President

 Troels Engholm oversees our entire wholesale operation and rest assured, is no novice at it! Early in his career, he managed a US company who manufactured children’s playground equipment but became very intrigued with the apparel industry after he accepted a position at Blue Willi’s.

Tricia Carll

National Sales Manager - Apparel

 Tricia Carll is our National Sales Manager and currently handles the west coast distribution of our wholesale products. With over 20 years in the industry, Tricia has a strong sense of trends and understands the challenges out there in retail today. She plays an integral part in the negotiations of new product lines and assists in marketing and merchandising/product management for our sales team.

Dan Butler

National Sales Manager - Footwear

 Dan Butler came to us after a serendipitous cab ride he shared with Tricia Carll. His background includes working with Nordstrom, Cole Haan and Tommy Bahama. Dan instantly recognized the uniqueness and authenticity of the Ilse Jacobsen product and wanted to play a role in sharing it with his footwear contacts.
